We respectfully ask day visitors joining their friends to also “book a site” to access the property. We are a working farm and under biosecurity legislation are required to keep a log of all visitors. We also want to ensure that the appeal of a remote campground is not reduced by excess people, and that all people present have been provided with these Terms and Conditions of campground use and are covered under our insurance.
-
Refunds subject to approval.

Pets

-
Pets are allowed at your campsite under effective control and on lead.
-
Please ensure your pets are reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 7am.

Firewood may be purchased in advance ($200 per full IBC split, $100 per full IBC unsplit, contact MFL Bookings Office). Smaller bagged quantities are available at the Nabiac Ampol on the Pacific Hwy. Under no circumstances may you chop or collect firewood from the campground or surrounds.
-
A communal fire pit is provided adjacent to the picnic shelter to be shared by campers and cabin guests. Please do not stoke the fire if you will be leaving it unattended.

Campground Etiquette

-
We would appreciate if you could arrive during daylight hours and definitely before 9pm for the benefit and safety of other guests – there may be low tents or swags on the site which are difficult to see after dusk.
-
Please keep the noise level low between the quiet time of 10pm and 7am so everyone can enjoy the tranquillity of camping in nature, this includes turning off music and generators. At other times, use your best judgment based on privacy and space to avoid being disruptive to others. Please avoid loud swearing as this is a family-orientated campground. Keep alcohol consumption to a reasonable and respectable level. Failure to comply will result in being asked to leave.
-
A single, unisex, long-drop toilet is provided at the campground; however campers are encouraged to bring their own camping toilet during holiday periods as there may be a line up. There is a local dump point on Nabiac Street, Nabiac (in front of the public amenities).
-
You may park your car at your campsite, however all other roads must be adhered to (no 4WD exploring). Please drive slowly (10km/h) as there may be children about.
-
Smoking is permitted - please do not smoke around or upwind of others and always pick up your butts.
-
Bins are provided for your convenience, however if they are full, please inform management and ensure your rubbish is left contained, e.g. bagged.
